Jacqueline Boatwright-Daus believes that life's defining moments do not have to become its final chapters. An accomplished entrepreneur, author, speaker, and child safety advocate, she has built a life and a body of work around a powerful conviction: no matter what season you are in, there is purpose to discover, wisdom to gain, and a greater future to pursue.
Her journey is one of extraordinary transformation. After experiencing a devastating family tragedy, Jacqueline made three life-changing decisions: to forgive, to fight, and to forge ahead. What began as a mother's determination to protect other children grew into a sustained commitment to advocacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, and service.
Rather than allowing adversity to define the boundaries of her life, Jacqueline transformed her experiences into a platform for helping others move forward with faith, focus, and purpose.
From Personal Tragedy to Public Purpose
Following the loss of her son, Anthony DeJuan “Juan” Boatwright, after a childcare accident in 2001, Jacqueline became a powerful voice for child safety and accountability. Her advocacy contributed to the passage of Juan's Law in Georgia in 2004 and Virginia in 2006, and to the advancement of federal child safety legislation.
Through the Anthony DeJuan Boatwright Foundation, she continues to champion safer childcare, greater public awareness, and meaningful protection for vulnerable children and families. Her story is not simply about surviving tragedy. It is about choosing what to build in its aftermath.
An Entrepreneur Who Turns Vision Into Action
As founder and CEO of Juanderful Enterprises, LLC, Jacqueline has developed businesses and initiatives spanning medical aesthetics, publishing, hospitality, consulting, education, and community experiences.
With an MBA, an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law, she brings both academic preparation and practical business experience to her work. Her leadership philosophy combines disciplined execution, strategic thinking, compassion, and the belief that success carries a responsibility to create opportunities for others
